Accomodation

The hotel of the meeting, Hotel Pueblo Camino Real, has booked 100 rooms with a special rate for the conference atendants on a first-come, first-served basis for reservations made before April 20th, 2016.

Please note that the special rates of the hotel include full-board (for more information click here) at the hotel resort, conveniently located very close to the conference hall. For participants staying in a different hotel is possible to have lunch or dinner at the hotel of the conference for 15 euros/meal, including drinks.

To book a room please send an email to the hotel at reservas@hotelpueblocaminoreal.com with the subject "JETS2016". Please include all the relevant information, including guest(s) name(s), arrival and departure dates, type of room, etc.

Parties of 1-3 people will get a studio. Parties of 4 or more (i.e., a family with children) will get an apartment. Eventually parties of three could also get an apartment (if available). "Conventional" rooms in the main hotel will be also available if somebody prefers so.

Plase note that the rates below include full-board at the hotel resort.

a) Single occupancy: 67 euros per night.

b) Shared room: 55 euros/night per person. For 3 or 4 people there will be a discount of 25% for each additional guest. Accompanying children (ages 2-12) get a 50% discount.
